Smaller schools better, says Economist?

Might “Village Towns” or New Urbanism actually facilitate a better outcome for kids? This isn’t the question posed by this short “Economist” podcast, but it certainly recommends smaller,  more intimate schools as fostering a better outcome. An interesting debate, especially when considering the extremely intimate nature of “Village Town” education systems.
