It also mentions that governments and ‘the market’ will dictate what happens. I think the multiple forces of complicated costs, poor ERoEI, technical problems in storage, and many other factors are working against hydrogen… when GM have already announced they are selling Hummer, stopping SUV’s, and promoting a plug in BEV by 2010.
